Yeah, I have two questions:

1. the picture that i have as my wallpaper is centered and thier is all that extra space and the defalt setting for that space is blue and I change it to black because the picture is black, but when I restart my computer it goes back to blue, any help please?!

2. My home page won't stay set as olp.cc, I set it but when I restart my computer it just goes back to the defalt setting also, any help please?!
