Definitely #1 .. I think #2 is icky .. #2 looks like it belongs to a school uniform (i should know, I wore the damn thing for 4 years of school) .. where #1 looks cute, with a little bit of hootchiness to it ..

I don't like number two that much, pretty much for the same reason as Joey. I just don't see it as a skirt you would wear. If that makes sense. It looks like the thirteen year old girl who wants to be part of a scene kind of skirt... and you don't need that.
