QUESTION - Somebody is offering me this trade in a different basketball fantasy league. This league we don't have ANY bench players, everybody starts. Firstly, here's my team:

PG - Steve Francis
SG - Jalen Rose
G - Nick Van Exel
G - Ron Artest
SF - Kevin Garnett
PF - Kurt Thomas
F - Shareef Abdur-Rahim
F - Wally Szczerbiak
C - Alonzo Mourning
C - Brian Grant
UTIL - Scottie Pippen
UTIL - Dikembe Mutombo (got him last pick!)

OK, they are offering me:
SF - Matt Harpring (Utah) ------- rank 61
SG - Michael Redd (Milwak)------ rank 12

FOR

FC - Kurt Thomas (NY) ------ rank 56

????????????????????????????????????????????

 i think their defence is looking worse then ever.

but they outshot new jersey badly on thursday, and outplayed washington before that... they just need to start catching a few breaks. they could easily have a couple wins allready.

but i'm not worried, their first one will come tonight

 I'm considering it.......but do you have any feedback to gimmie why exactly I SHOULD take it.
Honestly, I was kinda stoked that I got Thomas, but then when I realized that I got Mutumbo with my last freakin pick, I was kinda stoked about that too.

Hell, I was just glad that Garnett made it to the 4th pick overall because thats how I landed his sweet ass.

And.........Detroit  go Chauncy Billups!

 oh they will definitely own me.......my crossover dribble has gotten horrible the last couple of months. I've also found that my "Ewing Stylee" fader hasn't got the SPUNK it used to have.

Detroit will struggle I think (honestly) but should make the playoffs. I foresee them most likely taking third or fourth in their division. New Orleans, Milwaukee, and Indiana should be able to outplay the 'tons. hehe!

I read an article, about the T-Wolves, calling them "one of this season's teams to watch" and I caught myself thinking "whoever wrote this is SO damn right".

Ok....so I accepted the trade, Thomas will be gone so Abdur-Rahim will be moved to the PF position to make space for Harpring.

Sooo.......now who do I drop to fit in Redd??? I'm thinking Pippen......check out my team and and gimmie your opinion.

GET THIS SHIT: (about that trade)

The kid tried to claim that he never even proposed that trade to me (others in the league were telling him Harpring straight up for Thomas is good, and that he's just giving me Redd haha)

Sooo.......the commish never bothered to log back into the league (and hasn't since he registered the sucker) and without his veto within 2 days. hehe the trade went through!

** ATTN **

I'm in DESPERATE need of more teams for our yahoo league. Shit got fucked up because my dumbass changed the draft time, which caused a group of teams to withdraw from the league...
Draft was SUPPOSED to be at 4 o'clock today but we only had 3 of us, which for a head to head league you cannot have.

So the live draft is now cancelled out, and it appears we'll have to go auto, unless everybody is ok with live draft after the start of the season (we'd still get all the points because I can make the points retroactive to opening night)

I have since changed the league to Rotisserie also.

JOIN UP DAMMIT WE NEED TEAMS!

cool...rotisserie will be good

and im down for a draft up to a couple days after the season starts..but not much after that

yeah, apparently you have up to 7 or 8 days from the opener and it'll still give you all of the stats.

So.....should I set it back up as being live???? If so, we'll need to figure out the date/time

im down for the live draft......theyre a lot of fun

as for time...as close to the beginning of the season as possible would be best...im down for any day this week after 5pm central time
