I love the claims that Macs are more user friendly. Thats bullshit. I have a friend that is an avid Mac supporter, I was at her house and she barely knew how to use it. She has had Macs her whole life.

Nuh-uh. Linux. Almost every movie I've seen has been edited on Linux OS, not Mac.

So many schools I went to had Macs, and they were the most useless pieces of shit I've ever seen, not to mention used. Until I got to my current high school. Then we didn't bother to look for the plug, for "future references".

yeah, the video department is the only place in the school you can find a mac.

my elementry school had macs, which is the most useless thing ever, they just dont operate....right i dont know, i just cant stand them. it took 8 years of 'computer class' to figure out how to use a mac, which i still dont really get, and 20 mins on my own to figure out my PC.

I don't know about the shutdown thing, my old computers (and i mean OLD) shut down all the time and they were pcs. my spiffy dell doesnt ever. *pats dell*

But they computers in the library at my school are ALWAYS out, (older pcs) but i think thats just because they never get fixed. fucking CUPE

Uh.... I work in the industry. Linux isn't as often as you'd think these days.

every godforsaken school in this crappy town has macs. and i swear to god, THEY'RE EVERYWHERE!!!!! We ruined and elementry school's supply of macs cause they were just sitting there in the cafeteria. we had to save those children.
