I don't care man. I listened to it through a special program (sonicforge 6.0, GREAT recording program), and the actual tone is off. All I did with distortion is the "you,", "hey hey", and slow "behind you" part. These are all parts i've seen raine doing the same thing in.

OK, I have two things to say about this.

Rob, I hate to say this man, but I personally don't like your voice. Neither does Dan. He just had the balls to flat out tell you the truth about it all. Maybe Dan and I are the only ones on this board who don't like your voice or something, but we just don't. It does nothing for me. Take this how you want to, but I think you'd play the Duncan role better, playing the songs and doing background vocals. Like I said, take it how you want to. And when it comes down to it, I like the edge of Dan's voice more than yours.

Candy coated fake, I just have to say that your post is a lie. I don't know what board you've been posting on, but it's certainly not the CM. I used to post the songs that I write on here, and everytime people would just say the songs suck, and give me no reason why they did or anything. That was because people don't like me on here, plain and simple. It was their way of taking a shot at me. Now every newbie on this board posts the same whiney "I miss my ex" song on here and it's fucking praised, except for the occasional person to call it out on it's originality. I know I am a much better writer than anyone on here would give me credit for, and a better writer (excluding Dan, Aerin, and Liam) but still, I am trashed because of who I am.

Then here's another fun thing I've noticed. Look through the CMers pictures thread, and find one single post where someone didn't say something along the lines of "Oh my god, you're hot." It's impossible. There are ugly people on this board, yet no one will ever say anything. You people don't have balls to say anything bad to anyone but Dan or I. It's that simple. Speak the truth, there would be a fucking shock.

Speak the truth, but do it with some decency.

Honestly, Rob, your voice doesn't do anything for me either. I don't think you're a bad singer, I just personally don't like it.

Dan and Al, i honestly don't mind that you don't like music. But man, I have a hard time with someone telling my i can't sing when they're tonedeaf. And Al? I know what you mean. I'm sure many people are biased. But i've talked to many people (including yannic) who have said "this song sucks, change it," so i have. And they weren't just blowing sunshine up my ass And hey Al? Thanks for at least being civil. I still must say i respect you a lot.

Don't call him tonedeaf and it would stop his posts. See, you could have left that comment off and he wouldn't have responded. Don't try and act like the bigger man when you prolong the fight too man.

I won't say another word though. I will ask in the future that if dan has any more "constructive criticism" to add, that he does it like you did in his thread.
