ummm, yeah....hurricanes no fun.....u go and live through Hurricane Andrew in Miami in 1992, and im sure youd be singing a different tune.....that was one of the scariest, saddest, and most horrifying things ive ever been through in my life.....not 2 miles from my house, entire neighborhoods were just torn to shreds....now i know this Claudette isnt anywhere near the storm Andrew was...but yeah, it isnt something to be running around being happy about.... we'll prolly get some of the outer edges here in austin, and im sure the storm will be pretty weak by then, but even that makes me a little uneasy

yeah anything major like that, i'd be gone up to Mineral Wells already. i don't mess around with anything major like that, and i don;t encourage anyone else do to the same. this thing is gonna hit north of me, and most of the rain is gonna be on the northern part of this storm, so i'm not looking at something that's gonna be as severe as some parts.

even when hurricanes didn't hit anywhere near us my house used to get flooded with like 2 ft of water when i lived on the south shore. luckily our house had been built risen up a bit, but our garage and study with all our computers used to get totaled.

i lost my powerwheels to a fucking hurricane induced flood.

Heard the eye is passing through......

nah, it's too far north of me. bastard ass hurricane, was scared of me. but were getting a rain band here, and from the looks of it, there could be another good rain band comming in soon.
