Yea, they were very good live. I got the CD the day it came out and listened to older songs for a year or so, but never got to see them live. But when I did, wow. They did amazing, and Ryan (the singer) has such an awesome stage presence and personality. He was really funny and just... natural. Anyway, that's my opinion.

Dakona Rule ALLLLLLLL!!! I had a chance to see them over the summer with OLP and a shit load of others here in SK in the summer but i couldn't go!!

But anywho i got some of my European friends listening to these guys!! Spreading the Dakona and OLP word to Europe has been fun!! I hope Dakona come to S'toon sooon!!

I think you mean Stage 13 in Camrose Alberta, cause that's the only show OLP played with Dakona and a bunch of others.

I saw Dakona when they opened for Michelle branch October 7. The drummer threw the drumsticks and I caught one! I had to wrestle this other girl for it, but it was worth it because I got it autographed at the end of the show

They did you a jeff buckley tribute at the Dec 20th show called Mystery White Boy. It was amazing. I don't really know how to describe it beyond that. It was done with just Ryan on stage, acoustic. I'm really hoping they play it again at the Jan 30th show.

they are playing a show on febuary 18th at richards on richards, the opening band is marianas trench,you should check them out, they are quite good.
