They are a good band, just overplayed .. I like some of their tunes but I wouldn't pay to see them live .. I have their first cd though.

Guess I'll jump on the wagon and agree as well. My Own Prison is awesome. Each CD afterwards has some decent songs, but they get progressively worse and with less good songs. I saw them during the My Own Prison tour and they were great. They are going downhill though. And I find it really weird. Scott is like a totally different person. Not that I know him or anything, but all of a sudden I find out their cancelling shows left and right (albeit with reason), he's divorced his wife, and is on drugs and alcohol. It's weird. And yes, I agree a refund is in order. Normally I wouldn't agree, but this was beyond just a "bad" show (from what I hear anyway).

my friends were fans of the "My Own Prison" album and I didn't even have a clue who they were at the time hahahaha
