I love Finch, and I think they're great live as well. Lyrics arent the best, but its just good music. I dont think they ruin it by screaming because its done tastefully (if thats possible). I usually dont like screaming either, but I dont mind it at all in their songs. Oh well, at least its not emo =)

If you people like screaming, look at Glassjaw. You will not be disappointed. Or just fuck screaming and listen to Alkaline Trio and Koufax, they're much better.

i actually just got their cd the other day.. finally. love it. i don't really mind if they have bad lyrics, i still like the music anyway. especially "ender", "three simple words" and "without you here."
the screaming's good. it's not the annoying and inappropriately-placed kind. not to me, anyway.

I agree, I'm not a huge fan of screaming either, but with Finch... it's just good. Download "New Kid" and "Waiting" from their earlier EP. No screaming what-so-ever, and they're amazing.

yeah i heard about finch like a yr ago.. i was on a lyric site, and the random lyric of the day was *what it is to burn* and I LIKED the lyrics.. so i downloaded that song, then all of their songs.. and theyre one of my fave bands... so who cares what everyone else thinks
