They tend to have the bigger bands play near the end, usually on the last weekend.
But who cares... OLP IN Calgary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kevin, the tour manager, said something about them playing on a Sunday. By the way, it's not definite yet, but still a tentative date, but I really hope they come, because I'll be in Alberta in that period and I'll surely come to Calgary to see OLP.
Ok, we all know that they will probably play NYC about 3 times, Detroit probably 8 or 9 times, and every other American city at least once. And then come to Toronto for a "tour", and play Victoria, Calgary, Ottawa, and Montreal. And that will be it. I can honestly say that they will probably play in Detroit more times this year then they play in Canada all together
Some of you probably think I left. But was I ever here to start?
but remember guys.....its all about gaining "new" fans.
They have all the support in Canada, that's why they keep performing at places outside of home. Its not that they are trying to be shady towards all you folks.
Just being constructive....please don't beat me, eh.

nothing changes.
think about this way theo.. how many times did you see them in the past year? or better yet.. how many shows have they played in your area?
theyve done 1 show in TO, the 2 song acoustic at the edge and a show in london which is roughly 2 hours away and costs about 40 for a student to take a bus to..
im not complaining because i did get lucky and had friends who dont mind drivin me or whatever.. but for those who werent as lucky i do feel for them and do understand.. yes this whole thing is about getting new fans but you dont want to forget about the fans you already have which a lot of ppl i know personally from the TO area are beginning to or already feel

I love living in Niagara... it's like right in the middle of everything. Only 1.5 hours from TO, 30 mins from Buffalo, 2 hours from Rochester, 2 to london and 4 to Cleveland and Detroit.
This summer I'll be making quite a few trips!

That's fine if you have a car, or if you have friends with cars willing to drive you .. but for us poor folk who have to take buses wherever I can't get to the States easily for concerts
I'm lacking both a car and friends willing to take me to concerts
awww, poor Joey,
if they play London or somewhere like thet I'm sure we can give ya a ride. I'd be driving and it'd just be me and my gf. Mind you riding in a car with someone you don't know... but thats still awhile from now anyways, so why worry? heck they could end up playing in the Falls or something, who knows, weirder things have happened
