we are the brand new beatniks. we are the down and outers.
we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

A CM toque

So, when's the uber-spiffy store gonn be up?
"When looking up there, I just felt whole, like I belonged. Like one day I too would shine my most brilliant. Sitting there also made me think about sitting through services at my little country church back home. About that never-changing congregation of the same sixty-seven people and everyone has known you since before you were born. Now, out here in the real world, everything just seemed more vivid than when I used to sit in that little pew. That pew that was now so, so far away from where I was. I feared I had somehow left God behind there, too. I feared he was somehow just sitting there, saving my seat on the fifth pew from the front row, just waiting on me to come back. I left so quickly, I worried that he may not have noticed I was gone. And, now, I’m just too far away to find. So he’s just sitting there, patiently waiting on me to come back. I closed my eyes and prayed a moment. I hoped more than anything that he could still hear me." -an excerpt from my novella, A Sea of Fallen Leaves.

*wishes she wasn't poor so she could also be part owner of the CM* :crying: Oh well.

And, for this store... are we gonna be using CafePress, or get some actual quality merch?... just a question. I know a bunch of places to get most of the things printed that people suggested, cos my boyfriend's ex-band used them. Only problem with getting real merch is you've gotta buy in bulk... rather than as each person orders, like CafePress... but CafePress is crappy quality. :\ Well, at least I know the shirts are.

Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.

i recruited understandable horror! only point and laugh at him once in a while, be nice now!

we need some special secret stuff, like limited editon cd's and posters. that way we can laugh at all the non-CMer's that whine "how come iiii didn't get one?"

*does the dr. evil laugh"

(dont worry, all you folks, but i missed all the CC and THB fun, so now i need to get back at all the people who never told me there was an online community for me to belong to. i finally feel loved!)
