I like Pablo Honey and the Bends best.
I was at university in the town Radiohead come from - it was really cool, you'd see them just walking down the street. I saw Thom in HMV one day browsing through the CD racks.

The Bends is okay, I guess. I was hoping for some better songs, but meh. I keep listening.
Oh, and very cool /\

oh, Smokin Monkey, I knew of Radiohead for several years, I just never really gave them a chance until now! Which is okay, now I get to experience them when I can really take the music seriously.
yeah i tend to do that a lot too.

i have made up my mind that there are 4 equal reigning gods of modern music: Raine Maida, Daniel Johns,
Thom Yorke, and Maynard James Keenan
thom might be one crazy motherfucker but his genious is praiseworthy.
i really can't decide which album is my favorite, although i still havent really gotten into pablo honey and amnesiac because those were the ones i got most recently. actually im not sure that i like pablo honey at all except for "you", "ripcurl", and "prove yourself".
ok computer is a breathtaking work of art
my new favorite thing to do is to listen to "killer cars" in my car and turn the volume all the way up and headbang when the guitar solo comes on because it is just so fucking amazing

Yeah, it's Ripcord.
And how can you not like Stop Whispering, Thinking About You, Creep, or I Can't? Those songs are fucking amazing, and you can't get into them? At least you have some taste in music and like Prove Yourself and Ripcord....

I should of waited and got Ok, computer instead of The bends.
I feel like I wasted my money with that cd...
(I would of gotton Ok, computer but it wasn't there.)

The Bends is seriously underrated. It is pure amazing music. I mean, how can you not like Fake Plastic Trees and High And Dry. Pure musical genius.

Ooh, Fake Plastic Trees is definetly one of my favorite songs of all time. For sure.
I also liked 1,3,9,10,11,12. But they werent the best songs I have ever heard, and probably won't get stuck in my head...

oops
the vocals on those songs (sorry thom) are almost painful to listen to and then you listen to the bends and its like DAMN! thom went out and got himself some voice lessons!
those songs also don't have that special edge that drew me to radiohead in the first place.

I dunno. There are 8 or 9 songs on The Bends that I like a lot, only about 4 from OK Computer that I like that much, and about 7 on Kid A. Maybe before you get another Radiohead album you should go to an online store like amazon and listen to the samples from a few of their albums (or at least OK Computer and Kid A).
