I am dying to hear In Repair. If you can try Blister, yays.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

yeah.

i thought it would be cool to take a slower song like blister, thief, or are you sad and rock it.

but yeah.
we are the brand new beatniks. we are the down and outers.
we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

Post by bovine »

I don't know if you read my post on here from a few weeks ago, but I'm putting together a tribute album for OLP. If you wanted to do a punk version of one of their songs, I would love to include that on there. The post is HERE My e-mail address is bovine@enter.net please feel free to contact me if you (or anyone else) wish to contribute. I also have a website for the tribute cd at http://www.geocities.com/happinessisatributecd

Thanks a lot!!!

I was thinking about it, and I can definitely see "Thief" being one great punk song. You just add fast guitars and drums, have like the lead singer of Finch doing his screamo music, and it would be really good. You just sing the verses, and scream your lungs out in the chorus, and it works and sounds good.
