Unanswered Questions

Where's the beauty?
That i wish that i had found
when you were stumbling
and hard pressed to remember
and now you've fallen down
how nice, how great, why now?

And I remember when
And I could tell you how
I've waited for this
and now you've blown it
where do we go from here?

Why are you feuding?
like a two year old would do
and you're crawling
and barely with a clue
and now you're crying
how nice, it's too bad, it's just you

And I remember when
And I could tell you how
I've waited for this
and now you've blown it
where do we go from here?

Fairy tales, blinding light,
young compared, to our world at night
And I could tell you how
I've waited for this
and now you've blown it
where do we go from here?
where do we go from here?
Where do we go?
from here...

Simplicity
Higher now, the lows begin
I remember way back when
my world was dark,
in disbelief,
hard to see
nothing underneath,
these tired legs, and mere threats
with lies of truth easily stretched

For my simplicity
and where I wished to be
how i lost, oh how i tried
oh where i wait,
for this time to glide,
above this.

Figurative thoughts, barely fair
of nothing ever being clear.
in my world so bleak
it's a world i hate
a world lacking passion
where simple thoughts await.

For my simplicity
and where I wished to be
how i lost, oh how i tried
oh where i wait,
for this time to glide,
above this

crimson death, it's hard to fake,
my thoughts of it, and heaven's sake
weigh me down
so i can never leave
this life in a world
thats been created for free.

For my simplicity
and where I wished to be
how i lost, oh how i tried
oh where i wait,
for this time to glide,
above this

above it
horses, wives, chariots,
above this
blank at wits,
for my simplicty
simplicity, and where i wished to be
simplicity, and where I wished to be
where i wished, to be...

Place and Time
Somewhere way beneath that willow tree
in a world of make-believe and wonderous things
all the world could be seen,
in the depths, the points of being
and the lines that keep receding
for the enemies keep on with their good ways.

Years apart, but oh so close
fallen face first into fear,
and its hard to tell just when we started this race
in this place, and time, place and time.

Awkward passings with brilliant lights
and pedestrians laying out all night
to follow you and yours that you betray.
Wondering, you're feeding, dis-believing
that all you've come to know is not the same.

Years apart, but oh so close
fallen face first into fear,
and its hard to tell just when we started this race
in this place, and time, place and time

Trying hard to take this pass
and learning things about the past,
diving deep, within deprived thoughts
how long must they creep?
how long must they creep?
answers nearly started to be seen
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

Silent Moaning
I changed my life, I opened up
but to you that isn't enough
I altered my thoughts, I claimed the truth
I'm just a young man, still stricken by youth.
and this glorifying day of heights and stories,
equal the tall tales of lost histories.
Triggering me, succombing to you,
honestly now, what should I do?

Cause I'm lost in your ways
partaking in days of silent moaning
cause I feel lost, cause i feel lost
insufficient thoughts

Things have changed, from out and within
plagues of nights, dark and thin.
defying this world of my energy.
and showing my lungs, free-flowing with glee.
As snow falls on this July morn,
and thats where it began,
as a glimmer of hope, bags in the street
waying the odds of whats underneath,
oh what's a boy to do?

Cause I'm lost in your ways
partaking in days of silent moaning
cause I feel lost, cause i feel lost
insufficient thoughts
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

nope... unfortunately I'm not very much of a musician... I can play a bit of drums and depending on the type of song i can sing alright...
I've always wanted to learn the acoustic or something like that and try it out for things at school but never got around to it

untitled (sept 7th)
Glancing out at dark craving eyes,
I'm figuring out why you and I
just make something so great,
so you smile, and i remember
Cause I could tell you right where I went wrong
why i never noticed it for so long
but now I know it's what i want, it's chance
it's something more than teenage romance
and I have seen something in disbelief
----------------------------------------------

kinda short i know but i think thats all i can say about this, so maybe shorter is sweeter sometimes... I think that kinda had a bit of an emo feel... lately thats how I've been writing... i dunno...

Spectrum's Mirror
It's been so long since I could sing
and tell you all these amazing things
and rejoice in all that I had thought was grand
You lifted me from this torn sack
fading from this distant black
and lying here to make me feel so great,

Thank you for being one who cared
thank you for my life and all thats fair
when I staggered off in this direction
all i saw was your reflection
staring at me with little disbelief

I've seen a long road up ahead
this time I'll get help instead
of making things so much tougher in your world
You've challenged me and my beliefs
and all that I have up my sleeve
when all you wanted was me to tell the truth

Thank you for being one who cared
thank you for my life and all thats fair
when I staggered off in this direction
all i saw was your reflection
staring at me with little disbelief

You rally me from where I stand
and take me in with both your hands
show me all the love that you could share
Now I've been around and back again
and living in the broad spectrum
where the hell could I be without sake

It's been so long since I could sing
and tell you all these amazing things
and rejoice in all that I had thought was grand

Thank you for being one who cared
thank you for my life and all thats fair
Thank you just for being who you are.
