I planned on watching the last Leno, but ended up forgetting it. I'll have to check NBC.com for videos.

But from interviews I've read, Conan seems to know it won't do too well if he changes his personality too much. Which is good, because he realizes that his Late Night personality is what will make the Tonight Show.

So far, I'm loving Conan's Tonight Show. I've always loved Conan, and I think he has managed the transition well. After all, it's pretty much Late Night with a longer monologue and an hour early. Sounds good to me.
I just wanna get out,

I'm hoping he'll interact with the Max Weinberg 7 (Tonight Show Band) more often, like on Late Night. I'm kind of doubting it though, since Andy is back.

Andy Richter sucks on the show. Still a great show though.

Jimmy Fallon is continually getting better.

For me the Leno and O'Brien moves were pointless... all they've done is moved the slots ahead one hour, meaning the only thing we gain is... FALLON! God I do not like that man. (though I love his Saved by the Bell reunion idea :D)

Yeah, Fallon is god awful. I could barely stand watching 10 minutes of his show.
