holy crap that's pretty cool. I'm not familiar with a lot of these bands. I saw a music video from Mother Mother just recently, I kinda like them! I've also seen Tomi Swick and The Waking Eyes live... they're both really good.

Cool idea for sure.

I'm on the lookout for anyone in the area who might be headed down to see the guys. If any of you go, try and get some video. Looking for video of any kind, digital camera, old school vhs camcorder, mini dv, hi-8, 8mm, etc.

There's an outside chance I might get up there tomorrow for some of the performances. If I make it up, I'll do my best to document it.

How cool would it be if OLP did Denied, cause Jer just decided to take his bongo type drums.

Awesome!

New cd done? Single soon?! Sweetness.

Also, I can't believe Duncan's hair is THAT long. Makes me realize just HOW long it's been since I've seen OLP. Eesh.

I'd say something, but it would involve a few ethnic slurs.

Lando knows what I'm talking about!

Definitely like White Flags better acoustic, because I could actually hear some of it. The Right Stuff doesn't sound as bad but whoever said the chorus still sucks is right. I hate that chorus, and all I can think of whenever I hear it is NKOTB. That's something I don't want in my head when I'm listening to OLP.

In Repair =

What is with you guys and NKOTB..Then again I know alot of people who were( and still are) huge fans.. I never was into them.. Although we use to joke around saying COME ON EVERYBODY AND DO THE NEW KIDS DANCE..

Funny thing is the NKOTB are as old or older then the OLP guys. Well not sure if any are 40 years old yet but they are up there in age.

I'm convinced Steve will be buried in that Jacket.. He seems to wear it all the time.. I do not think I have seen him in any other coat..

Nikki did you see the Video on YouTube with OLP playing Right Stuff from Nova Scotia.? Duncan has his hair pulled up on top of his head like Gene Simmons. I had to do a double take .. He is not in the video much so it takes a while to really notice it. Plus Steve cut his hair really short again..

i do believe that Duncan was teased about the hair do - gene simmons style :p he laughed about it.

so far as i heard the album is called burn burn? and they are finishing it up thanksgiving monday, and possibly doing one more song. i never ask them about this kind of stuff, i over hear it enough though.

do remember that right stuff was played when none of them could feel their fingers, and white flags it was raining and fricken cold!!
