Holy My Chemical Romance.

They went all insane. In the membrane.

I'm excited.
I'm also incredibly glad that they wanted to do something different and make a change for the new album. Bands that try to make the same record over and over (or just bands that do that unintentionally) make me lose interest rapidly.

Oh, and the new Hellogoodbye album was terrible.

Just atrocious.

Something about a professional cleanly produced album just sucked all the life out of that band and took away every reason I listened to them before. Besides that, it seems really sloppy and sounds as if they just recorded and threw together all the songs they had. There is no flow or rythem or anything. It blows.

Anyone get Alexis? good? bad? ugly?

Nope. As far as I know, it's just a re-mastered best-of of thier old tracks, I was hoping some extra goodies would be included but it doesn't seem so.

Maybe no one posted it because they took too damn long to record it that people stopped caring.

The Pavement reissue of "Wowee Zowee" will be worthwhile for me. Not to mention, after they finally re-release Terror Twilight, Stephen Malkmus said he would get the band back together to go on tour, which, well, matters to probably only me.

Actually, Stephen Malkmus said it himself in an interview in like, Spin or something two years ago while on my banned sabbatical. He said he wanted to get Pavement back together for a tour after the re-release of "Terror Twilight" and two of the three other guys in the band have already agreed to do it. Hence me waiting out all the re-releases until I can see fucking "Zurich is Stained" live.

Yay.

I was editing the list I made before.

Apparently the Plain White Ts released their album and I had no idea. I feel like a bad fan. But we wouldnt get it here the first week anyway.

Incubus better be good.

I need a ton of new music. All the old songs I still listen to are on my new computer and I just want to listen to a ton of new bands and new songs or old bands and new songs and all that. If anyone wants to recommend some bands I'll likely download it immediatly. I'm really into punk and pop-punk bands right now but I listen to a lot of stuff that doesn't really fit that.
So tell me what to listen to!
