and i like what im hearing, turning towards the smiths/morrissey. cant wait to listen after class.

Only on track 2. The last song sounds U2-ish, and track 5 sounds like someone's been listening to Muse, who then someone will say Muse sound like Radiohead anyway, but track 5 doesn't sound like Radiohead does it? It sounds like Muse.

The rest are pretty Brand New-ey. Except for track 7. I love it, but I don't know where that influence came from.

yeah.

i have live/acoustic songs
the deja entendu demos
rare songs (moshi moshi, flying at tree level, my nine rides shotgun...umm... some others)
random other demos that never made cds
pretty much everything i know of that jessey lacey has done
a random voicemail message from brand new, haha

and some other stuff too, i'm not sure right now. but i'm uploading it, and it's good stuff, if you like brand new you should download it once i post it. mhm.

I basically have all of that except these new demos. I don't know about demos that never made it to cds though.

that's the link for my collection of rare Brand New tracks. it just occured to me that it's also got tracks from Deja Entendu, but i don't think all of them are there. anyway... brand new rocks my socks :D

Didn' the say none are going to be on the new cd?

I think they are all pretty much amazing. Jesse is just someone who will take time with what he does, and doesnt give a shit about what others think because he knows that people will still listen.

Numbers 2 and 7 are probably my favorites. Seven has some awesome piano parts.

I would say number 5 is by far the best and most resembles what people expect Brand New to do, so I wouldnt be surprised if that one made it.
