I was following Cass' thought on parents... My are definitely not 30! They are 52 and 70!

And I don't think they did much for fun when they were young either... they have always been very boring people  They watch a lot of tv, gossip about people, and spend hours in the garden. When I talk to them in the summer all they talk about is which flowers are doing the best, how it hasn't rained enough, that some flowers had to be transplanted to a different part of the yard, etc.

hmm what do 30 year olds do for fun, I would say it depends on the person. They are no different than 20 year olds except they probably have more money to do it with. Lots of 30 year olds have chlldren so disney world or camping may fit in the plan but it is just as likely that they go bungey jumping. Heck all 30 year olds scuba dive for 2 hours a day then they go for a walk, get groceries, play a round of golf, go out for dinner and a show, then over to friends for a night cap. Oh sorry that was 28 year olds..i am so confused

Seriously, though. Asking what "30 year olds" do for fun is like asking what *insert your age here* year olds do for fun. Everybody's different.

Fun is not limited to any age. You do almost the same things when you are older as you did when you are younger. Just at a mature level..
fun is what is enjoyable to each individual. What may be fun to one person isn't to another.

You wanted to know what people did for fun. Here is a list of thing.

Outdoors:
ice skate, ski, walk/hike in park/woods, swim, boating, Playing any kind of sporting game, have picnics.
Events:
go to movies, concerts, plays, dancing in clubs, karoke bars, play pool with friends, go to sporting events(hockey, baseball, basketball), go to a casino.
Stay at home:
rent movies & make popcorn, play board of card games.

There are a million things people can do for fun..There is no age limit..

If you have children it is harder to do things, but there are things one can do with children and still have fun..

Hope that helps. Have fun.

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

Probably the same as you, go to dinner and a movie or something. Then when you get to know him you'll know what he likes to do more.

Dinner and a movie can be hanging out. Especially if you rent a movie.

No it wouldn't! Trust me...it's hard no matter what.

Just as I was typing this I came to this conclusion: in this life some people will be attracted to us and like us, and some won't. There's nothing we can do about it...so we might as well get it out there and if they don't feel the same then at least you know. One fish down, a million more to go.

so...for reasons i don't want to talk about...doing anything with him is out of the question. hanging out, being involved with him at all...out of the question.
