I had been planning to fly to Columbus Thursday for Thanksgiving, but then my teacher put our midterm on that Friday, so I am coming out the next week.
I think I am going to start predicting when/where OLP will be playing based on my midterm schedule, since this is the THIRD time since the new album that they are playing where I live /am visiting the night before one of my midterms.........
maybe they are trying to give me the subtle hint that I've seen them too many times and should focus on school...............

Nah, it is just bad luck. With me I can predict when OLP will play by when I go on Vacation. They always played the day before I am going away somewhere or the day after I come back..
Look at the upcoming Toronto show. It is the day after I am getting home from Cali-that is the main reason I can't go..
You should focus on school anyway. P.S. I will probably check out Getty teh Monday I get there.

I guess it's bad luck.
On the other hand, I think that I've seen them enough times not to be able to claim that I have bad OLP luck............
In fact, after one particularly good concert experience I called my dad and he said, "well, I figured, it is YOU and our lady peace.......right?"
But its true. Right now I will leave this computer and study O Chem and no OLP concert could be more fun that THAT!!

My mom says that to me, too.

Being the Detroit fan I am, I usally don't mind heading northways.
But I may have to travel up there for work the 17th / 18th
I'll keep things updated when possible.

OK looks like I'll be heading up to Detroit and doing work Wednesday night (16th)
Not sure what time exaclty I'd be back in Cbus.
I'm thinking I may drive home to my parents in Tiffin that night then it's only 90 mins back to CBus but there may still be work for me to do Thursday.
Updates to come.

Ok, so i am kinda of an oldy CM'er and some might know what im talking about but i think we should start it again, it makes you feel like you know ppl and some great friendships start. So anyone going to the concert write CM on your hands and then you know whats going on a lil more.... I cant wait to go i haven't seen them in like 3 years, and i am bringing 3 first time OLP concert goer's, let me know if we are having a CM meet up

I might write CM on my hand if I remember.
Otherwise I'll be wearing a team Canada hockey hat as usual.
Gail, still plan on going greyhound?
Know the bus schedule? I may be able to pick you up, drop you off before/after the show. Otherwise like I said the station is a mile from the venue so taking a taxi should be easy.
If anyones lost finding the place just ask for Promowest or Nationwide arena. They just recently renamed it to the LC and no one will know what that is other than the apt complexes (No where near the venue)

I haven't got a work schedule for next week yet, so I'm unsure still.

trying to figure it out. If I got from NYC I think I get in at 12:15PM if I take the 11ish bus from NYC, if I take earlier I think I get there at 10ish. I will let you know.
I am still recovering from my West Coast trip. JETLAG!!!
