Oh wow.. you've got to watch it. I know some people are a little hesitant about anime, but Cowboy Bebop is one series everyone has to watch.
You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll find yourself getting into jazz... it's the total package. Amazing music on that show.

oh, trust me, i'm not at all hesitant about anime. i've just, i dunno, never gotten around to watching that show
