you know what's awesome? getting a bowl full of breyer's chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, melting it in the microwave so that it's liquid but still cold, slurping up the ice cream and then eating the chocolate chips and cookie dough lumps at the bottom.

Interesting...

I usually get the cups too. Unless they're waffle cones. I melt peanut butter and pour it over ice cream...but not the ice cream.

I've never even seen green tea ice cream anywhere. :( I've heard of it, though, and everyone who's mentioned it always says it's good. I wanna tryyyyyyyyyyy it.

Green tea ice cream?! :wtf: It sounds scary. Is it like ice cream made out of ice tea? I would like to try it, but I've never heard of it so I don't think I would ever find it anywhere.

i was kind of hesitant to try it at first...it certainly doesn't seem good by name. go to japanese restaurants, all of you! :D

useful to know: if possible go to a Taste of Japan restaurant because they all use the same kind of green tea ice cream. i've tried some absolutely nasty kinds and you don't want to make that your first impression.

so go! now! INDULGE!!!

We don't have those restaurants here, though. :(

I had some Turkey Hill Dairy Creamy Commotions Tastykake Oatmeal Raisin Bar ice cream earlier. Good stuff.

What's weird is that I watched a show on Food Network where they went to Ben & Jerry's and showed them making new flavors, and they talked about their Oatmeal Cookie Chunk ice cream (really similar to the Turkey hill stuff), and they said they had to take out the raisins and put chocolate chunks cos when raisins freeze, they get hard and weird... but the Turkey Hill had real raisins in it and they tasted fine. :freak:

I wonder if anyone'll actually read that.

How did you even remember that name? I bet you had the package right there with you when you typed the name. ;)

And I don’t think we have those Chinese restaurants over here.
