some people have answered your question. greatest hits albums usually include singles that the band has released. so, if one is released it will most likely include all singles that were released.>>>>>>>

Buddy, no offense, but if you're looking for people who are gaga over OLP, you won't find many here. We're all fans, but frankly I don't think many of us care about things like "favourite songs".

The fact is OLP's actions are extremely predictable. I think for most of us the most unpredictable event that has occured is the OLP/Mike break up. Since then (and some people, including me debate that even before this break up) OLP has stalled in terms of creativity, and have become just about as predictable as any other mainstream band out there. Their shows are predictable. Their comments are predictable, and (in my opinion) most of the stuff that has been released during the post-SM era has been very predictable (other than the fact not many of us predicted they would become a shitty band producing uninspired music).

The reason why your thread hasn't worked is because everyone here is pretty realistic about OLP. They know what they're going to get if a "best of" album ever came out, and frankly I don't see the point in releasing one unless it suddenly contains different versions of all the singles (ie. a piano version of starseed, or something else spectacular). I doubt many people here would even buy it considering we already have all the singles anyways on the cd's we already own. It's just a money grab that very few of us would even care about.

I suggest you go through the old OLP threads. At one point, when the CM first started we did an OLP album survivor in which each week we voted a song off of each album until the best song on each album was left standing. The thing is, we become bored of threads like this simply because most of us don't care.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

I think Jim is pretty much useless in this entire section except to piss on new fans who actually like the new stuff. That's predictable too...

However, its pretty obvious that the Greatest Hits would include all the singles and maybe a couple bonus songs. They might let fans vote on one non single or something........who knows.

What do you mean when you say "they might let fans vote..." You make it sound as though there is a chance of there being a Greatest Hits album.

Some of us would say the same about you, but instead of "new fans who actually like the new stuff" change that to "seasoned CMers". Watch yourself. You're really starting to get on my nerves. And, believe me, you don't want me to get .
