I voted for Happiness, because it was the first cd i was able to get my paws on from OLP, then i would say they all tie. yes, ALL. Well except for OLP live, simply because i dont listen to it as often as the others. I listened to it alot when i got it though
I remember staring at the lyrics the first time i listened to Happiness.... I was painting my nails before a violin concert and i didnt have time to waste so i put it in right away and i was like :o all intent and excited and stuff... *sigh* those were the days man. That cd was my life for that hour or so - then i couldnt wait to hear it again after my school concert, haha... < /nostalgia>

I was wondering who voted for Gravity.

Spiritual Machines. Then Clumsy. Then Happiness... Then Naveed. I'm a sucker for concept albums. I hope that one day again soon Raine sings as high as he did on "All My Friends." I'm always flip-flopping between Happiness... and Clumsy for second place, but I just don't think Happiness... has stood up well against the test of time. It's still a wonderful album though.
Garry Kasparov (sp?) has retired now, too. Poor Deep Blue.
I chose SM, but now I sort of wish I'd chose happiness, because it has the most memories for me. I can remember being in my back yard singing "One Man Army" on my ninth birthday, while I was waiting for my family to finish eating so I could get presents. And I can remember being at the playground that same summer with Thief stuck in my head. And I remember not liking the Thief video.
It was also partially what started my "Oh yeah! Our Lady Peace!" because I was looking up Lyrics and I found Annie, and I half-remembered the tune, and was then forced to raid my sisters cd collection and listen to it.

That makes me either want to break my Happiness CD or congratulate you on having good musical taste at such a young age. Damn I feel old.

I used to not be a big fan of Clumsy and Naveed. But I think I posted over in one of the trading threads that what helped me really appreciate those two albums was watching some of the earlier concert bootlegs from 1995-1998. The 4 piece band was just amazing and the live songs made me really enjoy the albums a lot more. Lots of creativity during that period, especially on the tours following the release of Clumsy.
