i watched most of em. i thought they were really, really good this year. the opening acts worked really well together.
however, john mayer stole the show!!
. he was the only reason i was really watching... and seeing his performance made me remember why i love him so much, and remember how amazing he is live... *sigh*

I didn't even know it was Grammy night until I saw them on TV in the bar I was in on Sunday while they were playing... I caught most of Green Day's performance and AUGH
they're seriously the only band that has stood the test of time of my entire life's history of music fandom. I love them as much if not more than when I first heard them, Dookie era, back in the dawn of my childhood

Yeah... the opening was odd... entertaining, though. I was laughing really hard when they were all playing at the same time... my GOD whoever's idea that was should be shot.

I'm not totally sure how that'll work, though. The guy/girl usually cuts out anything that's not M5 from the videos.
