it is in mega man 2 when you get up to the first level of Dr. Willy's castle. There is a ladder on one side and then a huge gap with a giant ladder on the other side high up. I tried using the little propeller thing but it didnt work.

I went and saw Pete Yorn last night. Wow, he is reeeeally good live. He doesn't interact with the crowd that much, if at all though, so that was dissapointing. Good setlist too. I got in after it started, and got up in the front row, so that was exciting. The crowd was very subpar though. His tour is sponsored by AT&T Wireless, you could tell, it was everywhere. And people were shouting "sell-out" throughout the night, which was aggravating.

Ours tonight, woo!

fucking AT&T! you know they spent a butt-load of money sponsoring this guy, and yet the fucking stocks are worth shit! then to fuck you up even more they replace your AT&T stocks with something else, that sucks worse.

And I think I have a grad date!!!!..well pending that he checks his schedule and isn't busy being a rock star...I hardly even wanna talk about it cause I know I'll get all excited and then he'll tell me he can't make it :(

not to mention I still need a dress, shoes. ahh the stress..

Hmm. Strange little situation I'm facing. My best friend Gav is dating another friend of mine, and while they allegedly like each other a fair bit, they barely act like it and are still only on the "seeing each other" level. Now, they're both good friends of mine. And I like this girl a bit, not a whole lot, but enough to make me interested in her.

And here's the thing, lately, she's been getting closer and closer to me, that I would in other situations see as flirting - leaning on my shoulder, long looks and such, borderline affection, y'know?

So what the heck do I do? It's not a huge issue for me, I'm just acting as I always have; she's my friend regardless of her dating status, but I'm worried I might mistake playfulness with flirtation and end up angering my both of them. And if in the unlikely event she is interested in me, is it alright for me to flirt, since she's only just "seeing" my friend?

Hurray for the soap-opera of adolescence! Hurray!

:freak:

If she's flirting, then it's not your fault. It's not like you're just initiating something. Dating friends sucks. Big time. I say talk to both of them about where they stand with each other, like if it's serious or not. If they seem really close then it's not good to flirt, but if she's doing it then it must not be that big of a deal.

Flirt with her, who cares, it's just flirting, but don't expect it to go anywhere. Most girls flirt for fun and don't really expect anything to come of it. Also, why not talk to your buddy? But don't be like "dude your chick is hitting on me", be more like, "so how serious are you two? would it make you upset if she was like, seeing some other guy too?" Heh. That's my advice. Maybe I should start a column...

And teenage soap operas are great amusement. I'm surrounded by them 24/7

degrassi. bwahaha. that show is hilarious. I saw it once and they were going to have sex. and I couldn't stop laughing, because everyone on that show is about 12. Not that I watch it, or anything....

do you know what I'm tallking about? remotely? I don't know why that just popped in my head, but you said teenage soaps. I'll stop talking.
