So I have compiled a list of around 45 people.
I'd just like to have some feedback as to how we want the descriptions of everyone done.
I'd prefer we did one of the following....
1. A group of people volunteer themselves to help in writing the descriptions
2. We randomly send out the name of one indivudal on the list to another individual and they are to write a description on them.
3. Send out 3 names to each person on the list and they have to report on all three.
4. Everyday we have a new thread about an individual (maybe 3 or 4 threads open at one time) People are then asked to comment on the person in that thread and a description can be comiled from that.
5. Any other ideas any of you might have.

I really like 3 and 4, 3 the most, but for 4, for it to work you'll need STRICT moderation to delete ALL spam.

I think 4 with moderation is the best way to get multiple views, because so many more people can give input, so I change my favourite from 3 to 4.

If we do 4, I'll start a forum for the threads. If we put them in here or something, it'll make a huge mess. Plus, we wouldn't have to just do 1 at a time, that way.
