I saw a girl with a Madonna at a show last night and it looked VERY zit like. I definitly don't like those...

Ah, thanks. A girl at my school has a piercing like that, and yes, they do like so much like zits. Why do people like them?

i just pulled my nose screw out when i was washing my face .. hurt like a bitch :freak:

now i have to go back to the piercers since i can't get it back in :lol:

that sucks. I've never had mine come all the way out, but it's gotten ripped out to the C part before and even that really hurt. :(
don't look now, just keep watching the TV hating what's too see waiting for someone to say something that's right.

Figured I would start this topic up again, because I need some aid in the body art (as in piercings, tattoos, ritual scarification etc etc) department. My anthropology ISU is going to be on body art and it's relation to society in some way. Everyone else seems to be doing body art in relation to religion... rituals, points of view of particular religions etc etc, so I can't do that.

So, I need to develop a thesis of some sort that. Anyone have any ideas or areas, where markings on the body would be controversial? Toward who and how so?

did anyone know that upper ear cartilage piercings are more likely to get infected then lobe piercings

Yea, I'm well aware of the fact that the whole idea of self-expression through body art is contorversial. I'm just trying to get more specific ...

I just got back from the piercers. I got my cartilage done. It didn't hurt much either. :mrgreen:
