but it depends on the level of the cap.. since most ppl are actually capped for uploads anyways, so the end result could be negligible.. but it depends on what the cap is set to

ok since i got my cable modem today i have gotten this blue sreen twice saying something about how the computer has to restart because of a recent install that got screwed up, anyone know what this is?

i fixed that problem and half of my ie problen which was not being able to go to google,now i only can't keep a home page or instal netscape.

and free

nothing. i use netscape. and i used to use ie, but then it got fucked up. netscape will not get fucked up. its got built in pop up blocker that works. also, most viruses that you can get from the internet are made specificaly to infiltrate ie. not netscape. therefore FUCK YOU INTERNTET EXPLORER YOU HAVE BEEN PWNED BY NETSCAPE!
