Everybody go buy Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven.

It rocks; I'm so excited. It's been a long time since the last one came out.

I was thinking of buying that soon.

Right now I'm stuck in a really long level in Devil May Cry 2.

And FFX-2 comes out in December.

DMC2 is really good. If you liked the first, this one will fucking nock you off your seat. It's very gun oriented this time. At least that's the way I play this one.

Really annoying thing: They changed a couple of buttons. The old sword button is now the Roll/Dodge button, and the triangle is now sword attack. It took me forever to stop jumping -> dodging instead of jumping -> sword attack.

Spelling nazi alert: "Nock"?

I've heard mixed reviews about DMC2, but I never take reviews very seriously because I trust my own taste more than I trust someone else's.

I was hoping that DMC2 would have a better plotline and better characters, but from what I've heard... It doesn't.

Oh geez... "Nock" moron...

The plotline is pretty much non-existant in this one. Some old doll asked me to do something, I flipped a coin and agreed to help her. Then I started killing a bunch of random monsters.

It was that cut and dry in the first game, too.

Trish (who happens to look EXACTLY like Dante's mother and is nowhere to be seen in DMC2?) comes in and brings him to this crazy place called Mallet (Ma-lay!) island. FIghting ensues until you beat... What's his name? I can't remember the name of the boss. Then by some twist of fate Trish and Dante are in love even though they had 3, 2 second conversations.

I just beat the Dante disk. The last boss fight was pretty hard/stupid. However, the video after you beat the last boss was amazing!

Some things that made me want to kill the game makers during cutscenes:

Dante (to some boss): Don't talk, just die.

Lucia: It's your job to kill devils.
Caption: [It's your job to kill demons]

Oh, and at the end of Dante's game, you get two new options! Level select (good idea. you can go to any level at any time and build on your red orbs and items) and Dante Costume Change! What the fuck are we? Twelve year old girls! Ooh! Let's dress up Dante in this nice ugly green shirt! Yay! Let's have a god damned tea party!

No. It's too short. He'd look slutty.

The pink tu-tu is much more fitting.

NOOOOO, POODLE SKIRT, BITCH!

How is an ankle-length poodle skirt too short?

We could dress him up as Chun Li. It's Capcom, there's no copyright infringement!

Gah, I'm stuck on the very last story mission of VC, "Keep your friends close...". Has anyone beaten this bitch? Because it seems damn near impossible to me, and I can only throw the controller at my tv in frustration so many times :freak:
Just because I am sexy, naked, a bassist, and sporting a top hat doesn't make me Duncan Coutts!
