OK, here we go.

Two days ago the track-listing for the new album was leaked on to the RX (MG.net messageboard) by someone - Matt seems to think it was a stalker who had listened in on a private conversation. Tyler (webmaster of RFH) posted the listing on his site. Matt became (understandably) pissed off that his intellectual property had been effectively stolen and threatened Tyler with legal action if it wasn't taken down. It was taken down. However the argument was the final nail in the coffin in the argument between the two which had seen RFH being closed previously. Tyler decided to take the entire site down and Matt was advised to close the site down:

For reasons that need not be explained, this board will no longer be opened effective tomorrow. It seemed like the right thing to do at first, it was a neat idea, but it has come to the point where Matt's career can end up being harmed. And that's too far. People seem to believe that because this board is official, that everything that gets posted on it is in fact true and was approved by Matt. Sadly, that's now how things function. Big things will be happening soon, and nobody has the time or patience to deal with what has been taking place around these parts lately.
Before you go around assuming things, this was not Matt's decision. Matt actually threw down the idea at first. It was the rest of us who convinced him that it's not in his best interest to keep this place running. Believe it or not, the press does visit this site from time to time.

The new website will be up soon, and Matt will have a little journal which he will update freqeuntly for you to catch up on things, so stay tuned.

Too much melodrama... too bad the site's down, but that pales in comparison to the fact that MG's got a new kick ass single due out soon and a brand new album almost upon us.

I never even knew there was on for this song b/c matt supposedly hates this song. What I would do to get much back all day instead of for only a hour and 1/2.
