That would be moncton and halifax. Joey has booked his hotel already. Cant decide if I should go east or west.

Anyone game for renting a small van and doing Ontario and Quebec?

:)

I think if I could go then it would be the 22nd and maybe the 21st. But it's all dependent on being able to get in. If only OLP had announced this earlier i wouldn't have that hassle. :(

Oooooh how i want to go to Victoria though. I want to have tea at the hotel.

tea at a hotel in victoria sounds so cool. Flights are fairly dear to the west...most likely due to the fact that students are in transit at that time.

look where they are playing on my birthday.. http://www.tcuplace.com/index.html

Not any old hotel in Victoria, but the Empress Hotel. We walked through there before and it all looks gorgeous.
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

Oh and that place looks great Christine.

I think the CM needs one of these private boxes for teh Victoria show:

I'm not sure who'd be using the Love Seat though :)

so heres the dealio. All prices are without all the taxes (which we know add on hundreds)

Fly from Toronto to Vancouver $149
take the ferry/bus to Victoria and back (~$50)
Vancouver to Kelowna $62
Kelowna to Calgary $67
Calgary to Edmonton $79
Edmonton to Saskatoon $69
Saskatoon to Toronto $214

Pick up a car in toronto and do the London to Montreal Leg

Fly from Toronto to Halifax $119
catch a ride from one of our many kindly east coast hosts to Moncton
no one flys direct to Quebec City so you may have to forego this
so return Halifax to Toronto $119
and then drive to Ottawa.
whew.....

total cost before taxes and lodgings and tickets...
$878

I'm probably going to try to get tickets to all 4 BC shows. However, that's my 4th week of classes so there's a chance of midterms, in which case I'll probably have to miss some to all of the shows.

yeah, I just looked it up. 250 miles :( Though I think mapquest said 4 hours 18 minutes.

It's a long way in a strange car which you have to drive on the wrong side of the road.

If it had been 150 I might have done it :(

Yea North American cars are rubbish compared to the Astons of England.
I'm sure you'd get use driving on the other side of the road after an hour or so ... if you make it that far. :P
