Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.

Personally I think it's a good system but some people slip through the cracks. It could be error on the individiual's part when filling out the application form. That was the case with my gf as in first year she recieved maybe half of what she should have got. She said that she thought she filled out something wrong, so for this year I filled it out with her and she ended up getting the full amount just like I did.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

awesome, international studies is pretty cool. Have you heard of Global Political Economy? It's a concentration that you can take in International development studies (which is probably close to what you're doing). GPE is in huge demand because it means that essentially you have a knowledge in how politics and the economy work together.

Well yeah if the system works for you you'll think it's great. Too many kids get screwed over, like half of my class in college had some sort of hassle with osap. I had my aunt who works in finances fill mine out so there was certainly no errors on my part .. we spoke with them on the phone too .. they were just idiots.

It's like they have some sort of random selection process .. okay you get some, nooooo maybe next time for you ... alright we'll give you some. Bah, bastards .. all of them.

i didn't even apply to osap because i knew i wouldn't get anything.
