When I was at camp, a chipmunk made it all the way up the stairs to the 4th floor, and ran around my room. We tried to catch with a towel to take it back outside and let it go, but it leapt into the window and took a suicidal jump out of it.

hmm...this is my completely random thing for the day, and as long as there is animal chat i'll go with something that has to do with animals:

I was on the phone with my sister, walking around my living room when out of no where this bird flew right into the window next to me, as if he was attacking me. He then fell into the bush under the window and fluttered around for a few minutes before and finally regained his composure and flew off. I swear he was out to get me, and it scared me so bad I literally screamed when it slammed into the window. I also didn't go outside for the rest of the day... :|

Countdown til school: 4 days!!! I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing, since I haven't even packed yet, or gone shopping for that matter.

Susan, there was a chipmunk in your room?? Is this RMC by any chance :wtf:

Tell me, if you put Coke into the tomato soup there, does it combust as magnificently as the Trenton soup does?

I just thought of something that made me really happy, SO out of courtasy I'm going to share it with all of you and maybe it'll make you guys happy too, but I'm warning you, it doesn't take much to make me happy, so this kinda sucks.

So, I was just thinking about how much I love the smell of Christmas and how I can't wait til the whole winter/holiday season comes around so I can smell gingerbread men/houses, and pine candles..and stuff like that. That just made me happy, and hungry!

Pretty stupid huh? But it just goes to show, it's the simple things that please me.

Argh. Here's something none of you will care about. My E:\ CD drive hasn't been working for like a year. And I paid $200 for a technician to come in and say it can't be fixed, and to get a new one. I just put a cd in it by accident (meant to put it in my second drive). And low and behold, it works. Stupid computers.

Another thing that none of you probably care is I just changed my homepage from www.nhl.com to www.clumsymonkey.net. It takes a lot for a site to become my homepage. I really mean that. CM has just beaten out the NHL site for my homepage. You should all be proud.

^ you will never escape the obsession now

Random thought of the day: So now we've got a Pookie Brigade and a Mazurite Mob, but why doesn't good ol' Duncan have his own private cartel of devotees? The bassist gets no lovin' I tell ya :|

Support Duncan!!!

clumsyrific: M.S. in journalism from Boston University...to anyone who's seen the book Quest for the Cup, the editor was my professor, and it's not the University of Boston :) And I sent in a section to be read. w00t!

lucky: let's just say I wouldn't kick Raine out of bed for eating crackers (I actually said that to the salesperson when I bought "Naveed"-- "I'm addicted to Our Lady Peace, and I don't know why...though I wouldn't kick Raine Maida out of bed for eating crackers.")

They won't tell us which ones to expect but they keep telling us to be prepared because we'll encounter celebrities and we have to treat them like a regular customer ..
