Gail, don't you get to do it twice or something? I'm so freaking excited they're coming to Utah! But I'm so scared I won't be able to get floor tickets.

My code was reactivated for this pre-sale cause I am from propaganda days so all propaganda members were re-activated for this sale. Also all people on u2.com who didn't get tickets in last pre-sale could do this one.

I gave my friend my password and we got floors for the oct7th show. iam still trying to get for may 21st at msg, and may 28th at the fleet center in boston. It is disgusting what they are going for on craigslist, ebay and stubhub .com... going for almost 3 grand on some. I am not kidding... ifg I want to go to one of the shows it is going to cost me a bunch. my friend has a broker whO I think said has for about 300... They do usually release tickets but it has gotten so bad..

I want to try for LA tickets when they go on sale sunday. those shows are in Nov.. if i have my way I am going to go to NYC in May, Boston in May, Toronto in Sept and LA in Nov..

You had to be signed up before mid January to qualify for the presale Cass. It will be almost impossible for you to get floor tickets. The only way I can see you getting them for the ticketmaster price is if they add a second date while the first date is still on sale on ticketmaster. They did that for Vancouver. This way U2.com members don't get a presale for the second added date and there are way more tickets available through ticketmaster.

If you really want floors, you're going to have to use eBay and that will cost you a minimum of 200 Canadian per ticket for one floor ticket, that's if you're lucky, because the US tickets seem to sell for more than that.

Holy crap.

I love U2. But this is BS. If every freaking person in the world is a member of the fan club, then what's the point of it? All the good tickets sell out, why have a general public sale? I can't be a friggin' member of the fan club for every band I love. Lovely, and there's no way in hell they're gonna add another Utah date. Bah.

I love U2, but at this moment I hate them too. :cry:

this tour is seelling out so fast. worse then NIN shows.

Lando got lucky. I went to craigslist, ebay and stubhub. they want 1-3 thousand for floors. it is really siceknig what tickets are going for.

my sugesstion is go on line before the sale and keep hitting to get in, don't give up. that is the only advice I cna give you. they might release, but it will be very late( day of show and it will be in afternoon or so)

I hate that u2 became so huge that unless you are willing to pay mucho money you can;t see them. alot of fans( like us) can't get tickets and if you can, tjhey are crap seats or will cost you a fortune. My friend told me I should be thankful I was able to get waht I did. I am greatful, but it kills me as a fan I can't really go to the shows I want to go to, I am not giving up though. i am still looking for the may 21 nyc and may 28 boston shows. I jsut posted on interference for tickets also.

also remember those fall shows are 7-8 months away...

cass alot of people went to u2 fanclub so they could scalp tickets. there are tickets on evay for shows that haven;t even gone on sale yet. this is why the band released a letter to the fans.

there are all kind of scam artist out there getting tickets then selling them for 100%+ for tickets. it is sickening...

I hate how early these tickets are going on sale. I'd have loved to have gone, but I've already bought too many tickets recently, so there's no way it would've been possible. Bah.

you still have months yet. Those shows aren;t till Oct/Nov...

I am keeping apostive outlook on this. We did manage to get tickets last tour. it is just a big pain with trying to get tickets through LEGIT measures..

anyway Monday is the rock hall and hopefuly will see them going in. Bruce Springsteen is inducting them..

That's my point, though... they're not til then, but tickets are on sale now. There's no way I can afford the tickets now, and they'll be sold out soon (if they aren't already). If they waited til closer to the concerts to sell them, I might be able to swing it.

Is there a limit to how many presale tickets you can buy? Because I know someone who i sprobably a member of the U2 fanclub, so I might ask him to get tickets for me.

You can only get two tickets for one show. If he's only a u2.com member and not a propaganda member then if he bought tickets during the presale for the spring tour, he doesn't qualify for this fall presale. If he didn't buy any the first time around, then he qualifies for 2 tickets to any one show for the fall presales.

I got two floor tickets to Toronto during the presale, but I found out that for this fall tour there are two floor sections, one for 99 dollars and one for 49, so on my order it says FLOOR 2. I'm assuming they're actually having a ring or something like the heart they had for the Elevation tour, but only for the fall tour since all of the spring tour only has one Floor price and section.

the way it was set up was you can get 2 tickets for North America and 4 tickets for Europe. that was it.. If you did go and purchase more, although the code would work th eorder would be null and voided so you wouldn't get them..

I can't believe U2 are doing 10 nights in NYC area. (3 spring & 7 in fall)..

I did get for one in fall at MSG.. I want to get the last night at MSG in Fall.. I also got for LA(first night in Nov) so I am excited about that..

I don;t knwo what will be going on this year. Other things going on, but I hope to get to a few shows when they are here in the Fall. at least 1-2 more out of the 7 they are doing..

congrats Lando.. I want to go to Toronto, but have other things going on now. We will see when Sept comes...

I cannot believe what happened to me this morning. I tried to get one more floor ticket for Sept 14th and got through immediately as soon as the sale started, then my page said a 3 minute wait, so I waited and waited and waited and then I got an internal error!!! Woooooo!

I hate you ticketmaster.

Yet somehow... after trying once more and a 12 minute wait... I STILL GOT ONE MORE FLOOR TICKET!!!! I pooped myself for an HOUR STRAIGHT!

They also added TWO MORE nights for Toronto while I was online, the 16th and the 17th!
