hey everybody

since this is my support group thread
i just wanted to let everybody know
that my life has been going to hell lately
so i decided to go and talk to somebody about it
and it wasn't scary like i thought it was
and it made me feel a little bit better

so i advocate this.
if you have access to a school counselor or have services through your university and you feel shitty, you should go. :nod:

i go see a psychologist about three times a week. theres nothing wrong with getting help :thumbs:

Yeah... when I started talking to someone, it took me a while to start to feel better at all. I had major trust issues and really couldn't talk when I was with my psychologist. I could talk to her, but not as deep as I wanted to.

yes but they mess around with your neurotransmitters and once you are on them it isn't exactly easy to get off

they say they are not addictive but that is bullshit
