Very nice! I was hoping his album would have some acoustic songs, as I loved how the piano, violin/cello, upright bass, etc. worked with it on The Hunter's Lullaby.

I also like how it has a distorted sample of a speech or something at the beginning (assuming it wasn't just something happening there and wasn't supposed to be a part of the song).

Hmm, I like SOS all right. I kinda hope it's the Yellow Brick Road of the album, though. Not bad though!
I just wanna get out,

That's exactly what I thought when I heard it come out of his mouth. You may hear me giggling a little bit in the background!
“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida

Don't like Clumsy. The vocals were just fighting with each other. Also didn't like the percussion on it. Strings were good, but the rest of it just didn't work.

That sounds great can't wait to hear the studio version. The songs that we have heard for his next album seem really good. Very excited. Trusty will the next snippet be released before august 24th when bury me with a gun gets released or after?

I liked the percussion, but or else I agree. Some of the vocal duet worked, but not much.

I think between Bree and Tom you might have the whole set. My camera died on me so I could not tape or take photos. I was there early enough to secure Front Row Seats for us..

S.O.S is amazing, but you guys will be blown away by Not Done Yet. Think Thom Yorke ( Radiohead) Fake Plastic Trees.

Also the versin of Bring Back The Sun with the piano and strings. The story behind them doing that is back early on in their marriage they hit a rough spot. Chantal was on tour and would paly that song everynight.. She was telling the story on Sat then said I should play the song to piss him off. She could not remember all the words. Then joked about doing Superman's Dead next. Anyway last night she told the story again and had Raine come out and sing it with her..It was an impromtu thing..

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again
