Looks like I can get my hands on wristbands for Sandy and I this week, and potentially an extra 2 or 4 wristbands for other people. I'll know for sure in a couple of days!

I hope we can get this all sorted out soon. The hotel situation being unresolved is scary.

Nikki, I will be going if it all pans out, so if you want to make plans to meet up in Albany that's fine with me.

I'm still on the fence, really. I obviously am really REALLY hoping I do, and planning accordingly, but with the whole wristband situation, bus situation, not knowing if Melissa can go situation, it's still up in the air. I'd definitely be wanting to meet up with you in Albany then going the rest of the way to Brampton with you if I do go, though. Maybe we can meetup over AIM at some point after the wristband thing gets sorted out and discuss?

Actually, after that's resolved, we could just have a big AIM chat with everybody that's going and try to figure everything out, since hotels are still not booked and all.

I might not be heading the concert, but I know someone who lives in Brampton so I'm going to ask them to pick me up a pair of wristbands for those who don't get them. If you want, I'll be able to send them to whomever. I'll keep you updated.

Just other plans, to be honest. I'd love to go, but I might be up at Niagara Falls.

There is a Holiday Inn @ 30 Peel Drive in Brampton that less than 5 km away from the rose theatre.

My sister is checking into any group discount rates but I'll be lucky if I even have the option of using the employee rate for 1 room that night.

Russell, a friend and Chantal K fan that some of you have met, has managed to get six wristbands, 2 for me and 4 for others. He's attempting to get more through other family/friends. First dibs to those who are planning to travel in.

I think Matt is guaranteed at least one (two if he's bringing the wife)!!!

I'm definitely going as long as I can get a wristband.

oooh, that's a great way for our out-of-town guests to get wristbands!! I'm glad Brampton has a plan for tourists and visitors, not just locals.

I booked a room at the Holiday Inn on Peel for $95. They said they will be passing out the wristbands when you check in and asked if I wanted 2 or 4.

So now I have three rooms booked at two different hotels for the evening. I'll try and let HoJo's down easy...
