*snickers* I still wonder if the band ever heard it and what they thought. Personally, I think it was absolute genuis. Wish I'd had more to do with it than just watching as you guys put it together.

Plus we've gotta be the only band's fans that've ever put out a decoy to prevent loss of first day album sales. :lol:

alright...so about an hour ago i was listening to 97.7 HTZ FM (st. catherines, ontario) and the dj said that the new OLP record is coming and that the new single is called burn, burn...he spoke to the record label and they said they havent heard anything in a little while but they said that it is coming soon and the single likely wont hit radio until early january....lets see what happens

OLP updated their MySpace layout today. Now at the top it says "Our Lady Peace" with "Burn Burn" underneath it (so this means it's not "Burn, Burn"). Next to that it says "Coming Soon" with blood stains by it.

Also, I right clicked it and went to properites. It led me to this PhotoBucket account that has many OLP banners that I guess the band tossed around the idea of using. Check it out:

I'm also beginning to wonder if Saul will be on the cover... The reason I began thinking of this is this banner:

The man hanging off the end appears to be wearing a hat similar to the one Saul was wearing on Happiness and A Decade.

Yeah the balloons were pretty gay. I liked the one with the candle, and then the one with the grey swirls that I assume were supposed to look like smoke.

haha i thought the candle one was kinda weird. seriously, candles to represent olp? maybe next they'd use potpourri and scented oils and promote themselves as "easy listening". i dunno, i guess it's because i associate candles with aromatherapy. i also didn't get the balloons.

the smoke one was cool, though.

The ones with actual flames were a little too literal for my liking.

I like how much we're discussing some little promo graphics someone probably whipped up in a few minutes. :lol:
