this summer i planted loooooooads and looooooooads of cherry tomatoes. eventually we had to make them into chili and spaghetti sauces to use them up. there's still nothing quite like eating them fresh off the plant. they're fruit bombs that explode when you bite down.

tomato chips! sounds yummy. although how would you fry something that's ilke 70% water? btw: i hate ketchup chips.

i want to try dehydrated tomatoes one day. sundried, i guess. i've had them on pizza but never alone, so that would be cool.

oh oh oh a few years ago we bought one of those dehydrator machines for making dried snacks. on the picture on the front, there was a lady drying various pieces of fruit. one of these pieces included...

i love dried apricots, though. i steal and mooch them off my friend (whose backpack is like a fucking pantry full of granola bars, snacks, dried food, etc)

btw: the only thing i look forward to each day on a regular basis is my uber awesome chocolate chip granola bar. pretty much.

i now have bedshaped stuck in my head and i haven't heard the actual thing since last july. i think i'll listen to the real thing now.

that's sad! there's more to look forward to day to day than one granola bar!!!
