yeah they're awful .. i worked in the dept. that processed orders/shipping and setting up accounts and the amount of calls i took in a day with people freaking out because nobody bothered to actually do their order or we had charged them like an extra $100 for a phone or sent the wrong phone .. oh man .. everyday i got yelled at and spent the day fixing mistakes .. if i still worked there i'd throw some extra minutes on your account or something

yeah no they still suck .. they merged when i was working there and trust me .. a lot of people are gonna get screwed over with their rate plans etc .. it's going to be a huge mess for awhile .. it was already a mess before i left

I found out today that my level of the cancer marker thingamy is 0.05. Which isn't quite zero but is pretty damn close Yay yay yay

And to celebrate I got to have some really painful injections into my chest

I'm a little bit early, but Happy Thanksgiving to all you CMer's in the States. I'm off to Bristol in the morning to have breakfast with my mom and step-dad. Then I'm going to have dinner with my dad, uncle, and grandparents. Then I have to drive back here to go to work for 4 hours. Then on Friday, it's retail hell from 5AM to 5PM. Good times.

I'm so excited for tomorrow. Whoo.

I think in the LONG run the merger between Cingular and ATT is better. But every damn time I have to talk to those people something goes wrong. I almost would just keep the same contract and same phone just so I didn't have to talk to those freaking morons for an inevitable twenty hours of my life in one week.

Do you hate it when your friends say "I'll call you tomorrow night, we're gonna catch a movie or something" and they never do?

the merger is good cause i can talk to nikki on the phone and not use up my minutes. i have no problem with my plan. it's my phone. it's a freakin piece of crap. it dies for no reason at all and i detest calling there cause whenever i do i get put on hold forever and get so frustrated i hang up.

No one phones me.

Well if it makes you feel better, 99.9% of my calls are from my mom and dad

I don't even get calls from my folks, of course I live in the same house with em.
