i watch a lot of interesting movies on weekends these days while they're on tv, but then after i watch them i forget all about them. i watched two last saturday but i can't for the life of me remember what they were :Johnathan:

Griffin and Phoenix (1976).

Got recommended this the other day... yeah it's hella old, but probably the best and only "romance" film I've ever liked and ever will. Starring Peter Falk... yes, Columbo. There's a 2006 remake but I can imagine it sucks.

Larry Crowne

Kind of a nice storyline (middle aged man goes back to college), but the eccentric chick was a total manic pixie dream girl and the romance plot made no sense.
