thats good, in that case make sure your diet has all the food groups you need, or you'll feel like crap

ya if you aren't overweight then you shouldn't diet, actually did you know your metabolism regulates itself to keep you at a healthy weight if you eat the right foods?

I think I totally screwed my metabolism up in high school when I cut weight for wrestling. I can eat a lot and I have a hard time gaining and keeping weight. I also don't eat as much as I should. I constantly go without eating for no real good reason. To further make things worse, I do a ton of walking at work. I have pretty much walked non stop on my job since I was 16. At one point I got my body weight up to 145, but now I'm back down to 130 or maybe a little less.

I need a good wife or girlfriend who will feed me. Any takers?
