But for completly random and useless information, Churchill Falls Hydro provides a lot of power for big cities like New York and Montreal....but not here. Our government isn't really competant. But that has absolutely nothing to do with the Blackout cause I can't make a connection back to our hydro on that one.
And (please don't ask me why) but Newfoundland and Labrador are not Maritime provinces. Fucked up eh? We are an Atlantic province, but not a Maritime. How odd is that. I think it may be because Labrador is on the mainland but you never know.
shit. Now I sound like I am trying to prove you wrong! sorry, don't get the wrong impression or anything. I'm not trying to be a bitch.

It is all weird cause I know that NF, and Labrador are considered different then PEI, NS,and NB-yet they are considered ATLANTIC PROVINCES ALSO-at least down here. Me, I don't care one way or other. At least I know CANADA is a country
- I use to laugh when my friend would say people don't even know that. Now I joke around and say Canada is abit like USA, but further North, I know it is acountry. I also say that Canada is the 52nd State right after Puerto Rico HAHA.
thanks for th einfo on the power!!. learn something new everyday. WHo says you can't teach an old DOG new tricks. ARFF ARFF

I keep remembering that everytime I go to the states and we act like blatent tourists ( good times) people will ask where we are from. If you say Canada they will know of four major cities and think they know everything about the country and then when I say "Newfoundland" The will sort of nod and think that they know what I'm talking about...then they don't. Someone once said "Thats near Toronto right?" ....what the hell do you say to that? The best was the person that thought we were british...heh heh heh. I'm such a bay-wop.
Woah. How the hell did we get so off topic?
I have a strong urge to blow all my savings and go to T.O. and wander the streets aimlessly.
I don't think thats wise though.

just curious? Where in QUeens do you live? and Random Notes, that is what i was saying. Most people only know a few places. I tell you, I didn't realize Canada was as big as it was(untill about 7 years ago). I think area wise it is the 2nd or 3rd largest country. But people wise it isn't. You know there are more people living in California(33Mil) to the 31m living in all of Canada.
and yeah Isn't Saint John a hop skip and jump from Toronto?

, You mean it isn't.

I dunno if I will get to do anything special for Valentines Day. All depends if my boyfriend is over here in America to celebrate with me. If not, its a night of babysitting for my friend so that she and her husband can go out

See, Im nice

Me Valentine's Day plans mirror my semi-formal ones, as of now. Sitting at home doing nothing ...
