I just finished watching on my DVR and was heading to post in here too XD

My DVR sucks and can't seem to record anything without glitching, so I missed a bunch of dialogue during most of the show. I did see the "It's so heavy!" part where the bad security guard who hit Echo in the last episode gave up his gun in this episode :D That made me lol.

Pretty good episode, although I still don't understand how everyone got better. I mean, was there an antidote, or did it just wear off?

Also, isn't the line "It's time for your treatment," not "Do you want a treatment"? Or whatever he said. It sounded wrong, especially since the first time he said it to Echo she refused, and we've never seen her do that before. Although that could have been because she was having a memory "rush" in the first scene when he said it, and in the second one she seemed ready to be "wiped."

Interesting how all of the dolls' lives are coming back to them. I feel so bad for the other main girl doll (not the neighbor).

Yea the antidote/cure part was pretty non-existant as well as the whole 'How is it being spread' part.

Wasn't as good as last weeks epidsode.

I figured it was being spread through touch, since they infected Millie and were touching her and therefore got infected, and then when Echo's guard touched someone else (brushed aside her hand - they did it in slo-mo to kind of call attention to it), he got infected too.

Andy Hallett, the guy who played Lorne on Angel, died the other day. This seemed like the right place to mention it.

Tonight's episode is supposed to be great again. IGN liked it better than Man on the Street (episode six), as did a few other places. So, good buzz, considering most of these people weren't crazy about last week's.

That said, the ratings are awful right now. Just terrible, really. Here's hoping they go up this week. Otherwise, it's probably time to say goodbye to season 2 of Dollhouse :(

:( They did not go up this week. The series' lowest ratings this week. I wouldn't hold your breath for season 2 at this point.

But FOX have indeed confirmed that they'll air all of season one. And the DVD is already in the works, so you know. Look forward to that. I know my JossShelf has a spot already reserved for it. (that's a lie, I'll just make space when I buy it)

I'm killing myself trying to watch this episode. I should have taped it.
My computer's dead, so I use my mom's, which means I can't torrent it, so I go to Megavideo, but it's taking 2-3 times as long to load as it is to watch. But everytime I leave it loading for a sizeable amount of time, and come back to it when it's almost done, it plays for about 4 minutes and then it gets stuck. wtf?

Do our ratings even get recorded here? I didn't think they did...

I finally did see it though! It was awesome!

I believe the television ratings are compiled based on a (very) limited number of households in the US from which demographic statistics are mathematically calulated - they are known to be highly inaccurate, more so now with people subscribing to different types of television providers, watching shows online, etc. Unless you have a "set meter" provided by Nielsen, your tv watching is not included in the ratings.

If you really want to keep a show, write the network. Mobilize fans to write the network to show support. Networks will sometimes use audience mail response to supplement ratings data.

They also record the ratings on Fox.com and Hulu, I believe. But we can't access that from Canada either!
Fox doesn't really have a good history of keeping shows alive because of fanmail, petitions, audience response, etc. I mean, I'm not sure I've ever heard of a fan campaign as fierce as the Browncoats (save maybe Jericho), and where's Firefly now?
