You couldn't pay me any amount of money to cut meat. I won't even touch it, and hate looking at it or smelling it.

From how you always talk about it, I would've thought you'd be the same way.

I am, but that part of the job is only half of what i'm doing. I have to do it at home all the time, i'm not physically disgusted, only mentally at what it is. I'll block it out. Its a really good job, and really good money.

Well that would be different. I'd cut meat as a one off if i had gloves on so I didn't have to touch it and you gave me that much money.

i'd do pretty much anything if i was given enough money.

I ate some balogna because someone gave me two dollars. then I went and bought myself some vegetarian food. *shrug*

so, i've got myself an offer for a temporary job at the PNE, and another part-timer at a high-end clothing store. aweshome.

the PNE (Pacific National Exhibition) is pretty much an amusement park, BUT with a kind of fair, that lets companies show off their products and stuff, and the concerts/circus-type thing that shows off Cirque-Du-Soleil wannabees. It's pretty fun and awesome, with all the games, rides, exhibitions, contests, prize homes (where i'll be working at), concerts, everything. The PNE only opens for 2 weeks a year, and are always hiring high school kids with little to no experience whatsoever.

And I don't care about the meat, I am wearing gloves, but more importantly it pays well and I need to have some sort of financial independance from my parents, so I can fund my own concerts and parties and nights out. I feel like a leech the way it is right now. I'm excited, my manager called, I start tuesday.
