i used to sleepwalk and turn my alarm clock off
working night shift and having the power go out
coming home, with nothing to do because everyone is sleeping but if i go to sleep it will mess my whole sleeping schedule up

I nearly missed my first physics lecture every because i screwed my alarm clock up. I was lucky though, that an ambulance drove by and woke me up at the right time. Thank you, whoever was in dire need of medical attetention.
