Harmonix announced yesterday that a collection of Snoop Dogg (I'm being for'rizzle) is coming to Rock Band.

Insert ummm's. Definitely.

Oh....and Johnny: the reportedly (leaked) full roster has been announced for the upcoming "Legends of Wrestlemania" game. I'll have to hook you up with the list. It's sweet! Tons of great dudes from the solid days of the WWF (pre WWE).

007. Classic. Everyone always wanted to come to my house to play "James Bond." The only level my brother, sister, and I would play was the Complex, usually with proximinity mines as the weapon. I once committed suicide sixteen times with those stupid mines.... I forget where I put them.

STEAM just announced today the first round of DLC will be made available to both PC and console players alike free of charge. it is my understanding this can be somewhat rare for XBox users. so, good news

a portion of said press release:

February 11, 2009 — The recently announced Left 4 Dead Downloadable Content (L4D DLC) will be delivered to Xbox 360 and PC gamers free of charge.

Due for release this spring, the DLC for 2008's best-selling new game property on the PC and Xbox 360, is dubbed the L4D Survival Pack and introduces a new multiplayer game mode entitled, Survival, plus two complete campaigns for Versus Mode (Death Toll, Dead Air). A Critic's Choice Edition of the game will be heading to retail stores this spring, and will include access to all the content introduced in the L4D: Survival Pack

Ahh...thanks for clearin that Lando. I honestly had no idea....I'm not all that familiar with those sorts of things.
Now, if thats being the case I will say that Microsoft is making a bad choice. You're right, they are limiting the overall potential of the Xbox. Watch them do what you said, and make these sorts of changes down the road and shaft everybody.....
I still hope to be standing in line come the 22nd at midnight, but I guess we'll see. Just gotta come up with the rest of the money.

No problem, in fact when they were first finalizing development of blu-ray, they had already created a 4 Layer disc. So if that was after initial development, who knows what's happened since then. Which means right out of development Blu-ray has potential of having a minimum 100GB disc for PS3, while Xbox 360 has the potential of 8.5 GB!

ha! I knew about this in 2005!? wow.... blu-ray sure is taking it's sweet ass time getting the multi-layer discs out there...
