pah vitamins. I used to take them but they didn't make me feel any different so I stopped. So long as your diet's balanced right you can be veggie and ok and not need the vitamins.

It's not because we don't eat meat. That's not what I said. I said that's what my mom assumed because she likes to bug me about not eating meat. My mom eats meat and she gets vitamin b12 injections because meat isn't a source for those vitamins at all. So yeah. It has nothing to do with that. I knew I shouldn't have opened my mouth about the veggie thing. Vitamin C is something you get from fruits and veggies and orange juice and Vitamin b12 is in soymilk too and lots of juices. I just take the Vitamin C tablets to make my mom feel better and because they taste like candy.

I take my vitamins just be safe. My anatomy teacher scared me with stories of neural tube defects and that can be combated by folic acid. Plus, I need calcium. So I just take it because.

Just make sure you don't have too much calcium Cass. Calcium poisoning is horrible

No. My Wal-mart has a snack bar instead of McDonald's. And any Wal-mart employee who has a McDonald's in their store will tell you it sucks ass.
