Yeah, Fred just shows up whenever he pleases. He said that he doesn't have a schedule and can just show up whenever he pleases and help out when he wants. Not to mention he has like a row of his cds in the store, which I already own. Heh, I'm obsessed with them.

I know, I am quite pleased with both XTC and Love, seeing that I got XTC for $8 and Love for $5.99. I really can't complain about the value.
And Fred is from Ypsilanti (as is most of the band), works in Ann Arbor, and lives in an apartment by the Magic Stick in Detroit. Why he tells me these things, I will never know, but he does.

One of my favorite record stores went out of business, even though I shop there constantly and spend like hundreds of dollars monthly there.
In their closeout sale, I purchased:
A Replacements bootleg vinyl where only 200 exist
His Name Is Alive - Last Night
His Name Is Alive - When The Stars Refuse To Shine
Jawbox - Savory
Bonnie "Prince" Billy - More Revery
I also got a couple 7" but I forgot what they were and I want to sleep. I will update soon.

What Replacements album did you get? I love Let It Be. Or is it like a live performance?

I purchased a bootleg. It was recorded from a live show in Minneapolis in 1990, and I still haven't opened it up to spin it yet. I will soon. Odds are I'll just give it to my lady though.
I am going to pick up the new Paul Westerberg album tomorrow. And I saw Tommy Stinson last Wednesday, and he is fucking great live.
